The RequestsClient() in bravado has a session object that I can use to set the proxies for all requests that use that session.

I can't figure out how to do the same thing with aiobravado/bravado-asyncio? I can see the proxy parameter to the request call, but I can't figure out how to pass the proxy value in to an AsyncioClient object so that it is available for use when the from_url() call needs it.

Does it make sense to add the proxy to the ClientSession object? I'm happy to push a PR I just need to be pointed in the right direction.

Looks like two years ago the version of bravado-asyncio was restricted: cab0bfa

Using the FULL_ASYNCIO mode of AsyncioClient in bravado-asyncio depends on aiobravado: https://github.com/sjaensch/bravado-asyncio/blob/master/bravado_asyncio/http_client.py#L90

I just wanted to say hello and ask where there is any plan to further develop this package? Or keep it in sync with bravado?
I am not missing any features or have any issues I am just thinking about using this in some of my apps. So just waned to ask and say thanks :)
