There is already a feature that transfers network variables to server variables, but i'm assuming you want the other way.

That would be pretty hard to implement, basically every time a variable gets updated it would update the network variables. It could be done, but it would also make inconsistent variables. If the same variable is set on one server and then on other, it would override the variable.

While this isn't Skungee related, you could just use a database in the Skript config if you didn't know that was an option. CTRL+F mysql
