Start using mWindowsAPI
There would be no need for hacking around Python filesystem I/O functions' limitations if I were to use direct Windows API calls. So, either I should add wrappers for the relevant functions in mWindowsAPI and use them in this project, or move the functionality of this project to mWindowsAPI altogether. The later would come at a cost to cross-platform compatibility, but since I do not need it myself, that is not a large cost IMHO.
