Use the `link` tag when possible

Linking resources (post, page, etc.) using the link tag makes sure that the target resource exists. Otherwise, Jekyll will fail at building the website.

Separate website from its content using a submodule

It would be cleaner to separate the development of the website itself from its content. A Git sub-module seems to be the best solution and GitHub allows the use of Git sub-modules with Pages.

Plunker integration issue

The plunks are not displayed anymore in https://blog.skyplabs.net/2017/11/30/angular-different-sharing-mechanisms-for-different-situations/.

Unable to use `htmlproofer` inside a Docker container

When I run htmlproofer inside a Docker container, I get the following error:

HTMLProofer returns a 441 HTTP error when testing the link of my Buy Me A Coffee profile:
