Remote CLI host for Isaac. Exposes the authenticated /cli WebSocket endpoint: spawns the real isaac launcher as a subprocess and streams stdin/stdout/stderr back to the client.

Pairs with isaac-cli-proxy (isaac remote …). Wire protocol: PROTOCOL.md.
