Isaac HTTP is the HTTP host module (:isaac.http). It declares the HTTP route and communication berths, contributes the listener component and built-in routes, and exposes the isaac http CLI command (auth principals). Depends on isaac-foundation for module machinery and shared utilities. The server repo also carries the host-side orchestration namespaces that wire everything during boot.
