Autogen Build Error about bitlbee-discord

Ah yes, it looks like I forgot to include creation of this dir in autogen.sh, should be ok now.

What do I need for PKG_CHECK_VAR? I did a bit of Google and someone said it's from pkg-config (newer version). So I upgraded, but still failing on me.

0.29

Strange, that should have solved this. I've added a snippet to config.ac that should fix it for older pkg-configs.
