This repository tracks bugs and feature requests for CucumberStudio, BDD-enthusiastic collaboration platform for Agile and DevOps teams. To open a new support issue, click on the Issues tab and then the New Issue button.

Before opening a new issue

• Bad performances, application not responding? Check our status page! We use it to let you know every time we have planned maintenance or encounter servers issues. Subscribe to updates to receive real time notifications about CucumberStudio status.

• An idea for improving a feature or suggesting one? Our backlog is available for everyone! Use the search system to see if we already have planned some action that will answer your needs and add a vote on the card

• Need a new framework support for test automation? Check the hiptest-publisher issue tracker.

• You have questions about the best way to use CucumberStudio, or about testing? We have a discourse forum where you can chat with other CucumberStudio users!

• Billing issues, or requests you want to keep private? Contact us by email or by our in-app live chat.

How to open a new issue

• Go to the issues list and create a new issue

• Describe the issue with as many details as possible (do not hesitate to join screenshots, videos...)

• Tell us if the issue is blocking, so we can prioritize its resolution

• We will acknowledge your issue and update its status so you'll know the state of its resolution
