smart lcd controller

Hi
can you help me with the last no servo firmware the smart lcd controller not working.the display is blank..
..I try with the previous firmware and it works I have to enable in the configuration.h
this line:
//#define ULTRA_LCD //general LCD support

But this thing doesn't work with this new firmware.
The lcd Pcb is red version.

Makefile of Marlin build

Hey,

There seem to be a few issues with the Makefile in the "marlin no servos" directory - it seems it was never actually used to build the firmware. The main ones are - wrong directory list, makefile failing to run copy commands because of spaces in the path, and wrong device number, not matching the one specified in the configuration header file.

Would you be interested in a patch that fixes these?

BOM not updated

While the repo is moving to 4.9.x versions, BOM is still at the 4.5 version

Printing Problems

I have 2 problems, while printing the V 0.4 "Smartrap" printer
this is difficult to print - and

I can not push the 8mm rod through the bearings.

BTW: All LM8UU bearings are to deep in the plates - there ist no clearance between 8mm rod and plate, the rods scratch.

Shaft Adaptor STL Doesn't work

I've opened up the shaft_adaptor.stl in Sketchup, Slic3r, and Cura. The object doesn't appear in any of them.

hello,
the way you store different versions of the parts doesn't make advantage of git. It would be better to use only one folder and create a tag for each version. I can help with that if you want :)

object size problem

hi
i have problem with printed object size ,everithing is set for mm...and when i print the cube 20x20x10
the result is 25x25 ?? (it is bigger with 5mm)
what can be the problem???

Z axis gives negative value after bed leveling echo "end stops hit"

Dear smartfriendz
My Smartrap prints well, only finished yesterday
I have 1 question maybe it's finger problems or maybe a bug?
After bed leveling (after the 3rd probe) Repetier gives X-axis red and echo "end stop hit" the value is -0.14 and red. The bed leveling seems to stop there
Doing G29 inside my code ( after G28) the same happens but the printer does continue printing although Z-axis remains red (as if not set)
Hope someone can help!
