Add tests for Sub[32|64]

These may be similar to the tests for Add[32|64], which covered

  • Edge cases for extremely large and small values.
  • A large set of differences where borrowOut == 0.
  • A large set of differences where borrowOut == 1.

I was thinking that the edge cases would cover the following:

/*
    Sub64
    -----
    x                  y                      borrow
    0                  0                      0
    0                  0                      1
    0                  (1<<64 - 1)            0
    0                  (1<<64 - 1)            1
    (1<<64 - 1)        0xAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA     0
    (1<<64 - 1)        0xAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA     1

    Sub32 just truncates the higher bits so the same values will work.
*/

For borrowOut == 0 and borrowOut == 1, we need to figure out value ranges for x, y, and borrow such that borrowOut is either always 0 or always 1.
