graphr's Issues

Issue with rename

After uploading file it gives me error.
Checked docker logs:
Have this type of error.
Warning in file.rename(file1$datapath, paste(file1$datapath, ext, sep = ".")) :
cannot rename file '/tmp/RtmpXZXObW/e5dda85553f2f354ef3403ad/0' to '/tmp/RtmpXZXObW/e5dda85553f2f354ef3403ad/0.xlsx', reason 'No such file or directory'

Check docker folder - file 0.xlsx exist already
The same file works good on launch.graphr.de

Error After Uploading the Excel Sheet

After Clicking Generate, I get the following message:
Error: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.

I did some research and found the shiny.js is the cause of the error. so I extracted the logs and found the following.

sh-4.2# cat graphr-shiny-20231024-063535-38959.log
su: ignore --preserve-environment, it's mutually exclusive to --login.

Error: An error has occured

Running reports against large or small RVtools outputs, all I am receiving is "Error: An error has occured". Restarting the container and trying to run the report again sometimes works. Not sure what might be the cause as the report is generated using the same file that previously erred.
