hey. there is already python-nomad, but looks like you want higher-level stuff too.
i'm working on a library with high-level like wait for a target state for an eval/alloc, finding network port allocations, etc.
would love to open source if it means you can focus on the jobspec stuff.
would like them to fill separate holes.
also we are working on pytest fixtures and other tooling to facilitate integration testing against nomad and other things, with nomad jobs.
don't know if interested or best communication channel, but would like to cooperate.
can probably copypasta you something this week, but codebase needs proprietary / (irrelevant in outside world) details cleaned first before publishing.
