Fix flag icon. API is not working

Flag API is not working

When toggling temp units, wind speed gauge is displayed incorrectly based on m/sec

When toggling wind speed from m/sec to miles/hr, the gauge is not working properly.
3.48 m/s when changes to 7.78 mi/hr, the gauge meter turns left for a higher value, which is incorrect.

On the LHS of the page there is a clock that shows current time but it doesn't auto update until the page is refreshed.

Wind speed unit wrong when viewing Fahrenheit data

When choosing Fahrenheit unit type, the windspeed unit should be according to following

• default: metre/sec
• metric (CELCIUS_UNIT): metre/sec
• imperial (FAHRENHEIT_UNIT): miles/hour
