[feature request]bolt v2 support
Support bolt v2 codec.
the mainly change in bolt v2 is to support optional crc32 verification.

Another question, could this library communicate via sofa-rpc with backend server in Java?
infinite loop/raise exception while parsing sofaheader
Java bolt client might send null in sofa header, which encoded as -1(\xff\xff\xff\xff) in bytestream.
will cause anthunder infinite loop (<0.5.5) or raise DecodeError (0.5.5)
在初始化AioClient的时候没有成功启动MeshClient
在本地搭了一个sofa-rpc服务端，诉求是通过python调用rpc接口，发现MeshClient没有成功启动报错，后面的订阅和调用自然是不可能成功的。请问一下为什么这里会去请求本地的13330接口，谢谢
Support multiprocess with mosnclient
Mosn do not support multiple process natively, register to mosn multiple times from different process may cause weird behaviors.
http://127.0.0.1:13330是不是注册中心的服务
我在运行README.md中的server demo的时候，一直提示mesh_client客户端http://127.0.0.1:13330的访问被拒绝，这个还是写死的；
base_listener.py中的
self._mesh_client.startup()
