codegen test case

Currently, our codegen crate lock test case, and something maybe need to re-design

  • add test case for test output of generating code.
  • add test case for test output sourcemap is correct or not
  • maybe we can add more argument for build_source_map function ( like source file name ..etc )
  • write doc about codegen design

codegen now will read config object and perform four different behavior

  • disable minify and disable source map.
  • diable minify and enable source map.
  • enable minify and disable source map.
  • enable minify and enable source map.

if we gonna redesgin sourcemap, we still need to make sure our behavior when disable source map.
