• rain add primitives to add Particle as rain
• snow add primitives to add Particle as snow
• wind add primitives to add Particle as wind
• kriging algorithm with contour interpolation with kriging and plot tempture in canvas ,then add imagaryprovider to view. get contour by tourjs with data from kriging interpolation,draw geojson into cesium.
