Many of the Jumplinks (the numer left of the hook-name) are outdated on http://somatonic.github.io/Captain-Hook/
e.g. when you click on /wire/core/ Config.php - ___callUnknown()

You should not link on master-branch (e.g. https://github.com/processwire/processwire/tree/master/wire/core/Config.php#L357)
You should create links to the specifiv version for what the hooks-page is written on.

e.g. https://github.com/processwire/processwire/blob/3.0.164/wire/core/Config.php#L532
and in the choose version field you could add the version as option.
