Include functionality so the user can generate the lists from text files; if files are not found, default to base lists in source.

During initial testing, to get an output sometimes the same legitimate menu input needs to be entered twice....

ReadFile() not working as expected, with FileNotFoundError returning in each case, files have the correct extension and are within the current working directory.

Bug found in implementation of #2

Implement a mechanism to derive an all activities list internally without having to rely on redundent data in the all.txt file.
