Having a deployment in progress, make a GET to the request uuid printing only the state changes in a loop. That would be useful for demos to not run the command several times in the console.

The output would be like:

As a user, I need to scale a vnf/cnf. The tng-cli should allow the manual scale out and manual scale in of a VNF/CNF.

The Gatekeeper exposes the time each request takes to be processed in an HTTP header of the response called X-Timing, which is usefull for some tests.

Other HTTP response headers might also be used, namely those related to the rate limitation (X-Throttling-Count and X-Throttling-Until).

Currently the port used for the cli is 32002 but should be 80 in case of no https or 443 in case of https

Would be nice to on-board a package from URL. That allow us to not download the package from github to upload but do this automatically having the artifacts in github,

Aditional way:

The command:

tng-cli -u http://pre-int-vnv-bcn.5gtango.eu package -u eu.5gtango.ns-mediapilot-service-k8s.0.3.tgo

Use twice the option -u that can be unique,
