No labels in reservation form in mobile view

On my mobile phone, the reservation form does not have any labels, thus, the form is unusable.

app is in a strange state after changing the reservation time span

1. Enter a reservation time span and click "check".
2. Probably, you now see that the room is free.
3. Enter another reservation time span which you know is not available. Don't click "check"
4. The "make reservation" button is still visible and works, but it will make a reservation for the checked date, not for the date that is currently shown on screen.

Expected behavior: Changing the reservation time span should reset the checking results and hide the "make reservation" button

Display errors messages below or abhove the form

Requirements: If the user sends a request via the input form and an error occurs, the error messages is rendered on a new page and the form disappears. In order to improve the usability the error message should be displayed near the form e.g. in a box above or below the input fields.

Allow new users to submit tickets to Zammad

Requirements: The booking tool for our event and yoga space creates a new event in a calender and a new ticket in Zammad (a ticketing system). Due to Zammads API Design a user should exist before we can create a new ticket via the corresponding endpoint. Therefore our booking tool works only for registrated users in our ticket system. For the future it would be nice if users that does not exist in our system can reserve their time slots.
