Separated /home/ partition.

Hello! Thanks for Your work on this cool extension!
But in my case, I have separate /home/ partition, and I guess many people do. Sadly, this extension won't show disk usage for this partition, only for root partition.

I was able to modify code, to show /home/ partition as well:

(I simply changed df -h / to df -h /home) I'm wondering, maybe You can add some kind of switch, or config, or whatever, to show /home/ partition as well? I guess many people will appreciate it. Thanks!

Add CPU and RAM usage

Great work. I love simple things.
It is also possible to add CPU and RAM usage?
