Currently the choice of pulsars for high-resolution observations is hardcoded into the RunLuMP* script which is a terrible choice:

1. hard to modify
2. Needs to have different version of the scripts on different recording machines

Sometimes the ssh connection to the LCUs hangs for a very long time. It would be good if the observing script monitored how long it takes to execute the beam formation and killing the pointing. If it takes unusually long, it should notify the observer in charge.

It would be nice to have a webpage to monitor the observation.

It would be good if the observing scripts would monitor the status of the observation and see if the start time deviates much from the expectation. If yes, then should notify the observer in charge via email.

When an observation fails, the data should be moved to a different directory. Otherwise data processing daemons will keep complaining. This is correctly implemented in the Reduce_LuMP scripts for high DM pulsars.

It would be good to have one script smart enough to handle all possiblities.

Reduce_Lump* should all be merged into one script, merging the high and low DM versions should be trivial.
