Uploaded images not getting read

Hi, I'm trying to run this on the collab. Can you guide me a little? It works fine, no errors but, doesn't respond to the request

[ERROR] Unable to process file: temp/temp.png

Even after adding the temp folder in repo, this shows up? Any idea how can I resolve this
