Talked about in Team call 4/30.
Since the Ambassador program is an ongoing Initiative and we can't express those well yet (#44). To ensure we can flow Cred to this in a shorter term, we'll create scopes for Initiatives as part of it.
Suggested for this iteration:
Define the Ambassadorship Program
Which includes the work to create the initial definition. Formative discussions / documentation / guides, can be added as contributions here.
Have 5 Ambassador Meetings
Framed similar to a MetaGame quest. By giving it a 5 meetings number it's now finite and fits with Initiatives.
For each meeting it's suggested to have a baseline weight (100 was mentioned). This is intended as an incentive / assurance it's receiving Cred.
Future outcomes, like good ideas stemming from it, great notes being referred back to or new contributors joining the project, should flow additional Cred to the meetings on top of that baseline.
Next steps: I'll support the technical work of making PRs for the Initiative JSON files. Collaborating with @LexBirdie who knows more about the work that should be included as contributions.
