It should be possible to route stdout into a file for further processing.

Currently, the jenkins-cli.jar is always downloaded. This should be avoided:

• Keep downloaded jar
• Only replace it, if the target Jenkins is newer than the one from which the jar was downloaded

There are still some points where literal strings are used instead of translated messages.

Currently, ProxyFinderImpl#findProxy returns null if an unknown proxy-id has been defined. This behaviour should be changed so far that an exception is caused to be thrown if this happens.

CliMojo: If noKeyAuth is true and privateKey has also a value, a MojoExecutionException must be caused to be thrown

CliMojo requires following parameters:

• workDirectory
• baseUrl
• cliJar
• command
• settings
  Those should be asserted to be not null.

Additional to the download URI there should also the possibility to specify a local jenkins-cli.jar. If available, the local one should be preferred. This bypasses versioning.

If parameter "trustStore" is set, then parameter "trustStorePassword" must contain a string with at least 6 characters.

The current download directory name is a little bit confusing. Furthermore, it should not be created in the target folder.

This makes it more flexible from where configuration data is injected into to plugin (properties can be defined in the settings or pom, or, can be passed as command line arguments).
