Website to be used as a portfolio for VCE Computing Units 1-2.

This website was created at the beginning of VCE Computing Units 1-2. It will be used to store all projects completed as part of this course.

Projects so far:

  • Data and Graphic Solutions (Infographic)
  • Networks
  • Collaborative Web Development

IE/Edge Text Blur

The text blur, created with text-shadow, does not appear in IE or Edge.

After some testing, the issue seems to be that the color property in edge also controls the alpha of the shadow.

Possible fixes:

  • filter: blur() (May not work for IE)
  • ... I don't really know.

Migrate styles to SASS

Migrating from standard CSS to SASS will make the stylesheet neater, and easier to update.

Will probably use SASS style rather than SCSS, because that will convince me to completely rewrite it using SASS features.

Add a menu

Pretty self-explanatory. Add a nice drop-down menu.

IE Laborate Font

IE thinks that .ttf is bad. I should really fix Laborate so IE can use it.
