Improve privacy in class website

As of now, when visiting https://www.maxheld.de/fossos/, four cookies will be set because of the embedded YouTube links.
Two of these cookies are saved for around six month. This enabled google to gather and analyze user behaviour.
To prevent this, there is a flag for embedding YouTube-videos in a so called "privacy-enhanced mode". This means that YouTube will not set cookies unless the user interacts with the video (if at all).

Here's a link with more technical details: https://www.ghacks.net/2018/05/23/why-you-should-always-use-youtubes-privacy-enhanced-mode/
