Should the strat div have filler text?

The strat <div> will be modified by JQuery, but when the page loads, should the <div> have some filler text?

This is what it is right now. It can be modified by JQuery or by hand to be this

Needs to be an initialize database script/module

Python cannot run without a web server

The python code I have written works, but is yet to be connected to the javascript. If anyone can figure out how to connect them, with or without a web server, we would be set.

sql read-only needs to be sql-read and write

This needs to be changed so that the script needs to upload the tsv file to the transient memory-base.

Github pages does not support NodeJS

The site will need to be immensely simplified if it is going to be hosted on GitHub pages. So far, the data-basing system works great, but it requires PHP or NodeJS, both of which GitHub pages does not support. GitHub pages serves static sites only, and including a database is not static. (These links mainly talk about PHP but Node works the same way)
