That's why 0.4.0 is not published on npm for now.
We need to investigate on this issue.

Sorry, I was busy past months,
In version 0.4.1 which will be published in npm today, a new option recursive can be added to section tags to enable recursive building.
It avoid the big performance impact seen in version 0.4.0 for most projects.
