openpilot enables but since we use the CC speed from the stock ACC system speed inits as 0 when under minimum speed.

set button shows "main is off" message

if I go around a corner without braking it comes back on, but if I let go of the brakes whilst in the middle of the curve, since it was disengaged it can't re-engage

When driving with just ACC and not LKAS, alerts continue to trigger for torque being maxed despite OP steering being off

add a delay before enabling LKAS again after signal
