To be in sync with recent changes.

According to the tp2 file :

• Component 4 seems to be "Alternative Soubar area" now
• Component 1 is "Selence arrives to Waukeens Promenade after the meeting with Gaelan in the slums" (and is not number 3)
• Remorhaz walking speed adjustment is now Component 2

Example code from Seatower mod:

I'd like to play this mod in polish so I'm considering starting work on the translation (not sure if I can finish that on my own though - looks like quite a lot of work!).
I also need to find a reviewer once the PR is ready for a review.

Let's start with a few questions

1. Are you open to contributions?
2. Would you help me by sending announcements "call for reviewers" or "call for translators" on forums?
3. I can see that there is a folder named "Language" contaning strings. There are also ogg files? Are they copied from game resources? How could I find polish ogg resources?

I am trying to include the alternate Soubar area for the Shadows over Soubar mod in my EET playthrough, but I keep running into this error whilst installing that component. Anyone ever see that before? Is there a prerequisite I am missing that enables the DELETE_EXISTING_ANIMATIONS macro?

Could the main README mention where/how the primary quest(s) start exactly?

I may soon find out as I intend to test this mod, but it would be nice to know where it would
start exactly, as I tend to overlook things when installing many different mods.
