Reload Config Command? about bungeecord

Seems like a nice idea. Config should be easy enough. Not sure, but might be something like this:

BungeeCord.instance.config.load();

What about reloading plugins? I'd like to see this feature, but at the moment it's not critical.

Reloading plugins would be a nice addition as well, but separate commands for each.

Especially if all you needed to do was to add a temporary server (for an event or maintenance on one), you wouldn't have to restart the proxy. Personally, reload commands for plugins (even with bukkit) don't always work right!

I made a small plugin that reloads the config by typing /proxy... I think reloading plugins would be a neat addition. Bukkit plugins are far more complex that BungeeCord ones so reloading BungeeCord plugins shouldn't cause issues.
