Study how the STDP function works within the SpykingTensor library. Read/search related computational papers.

• Checking whether the original STDP function from SpykeTorch is feasible for re-use.
• Implementing the STDP function between separate areas.

We need to test the simple model class neural_layer. Next steps

• add a testing folder
• use some data and add to the repo (most likely minst from SpykeTorch)
• add pytest as dependency
• Create test_model.py

-Go over the documentation and check the parameters for the 'winner' function, specifically the inhibition_radius.

Provide a short tutorial with example data that shows how to build and train spiking neuron arrays connected though hebbian conections.
