I just installed it and on my second panel, when adding the ink toonshade for the second time, it got frozen at:

seems adding a word balloon or caption only works from the pulldown menu or shift + a ?

sometimes the export 3d comic fails with an assert error. restarting blender and re-export fixes it.
it's a gltf error from from the khronos addon. can't find a repro yet.

Suspected cause: there are a lot of ways to custom build things in blender that can confuse the export. I have some utilities for fixing things that I extend over time.

suggestions. purge orphan data. make sure your collections and scenes are named properly.

unsupported data (current limitations to avoid):
linked overrides.
collection instances.
objects with shapekeys.
animated grease pencils.
custom materials.

only things in the export collection in each scene are exported to GLTF.

I installed the add-on just as instructed but I cannot see the "Create a new 3D comic" button

I'm using mac m1 and blender version is 2.93.1

I'm experimenting these day with the toolkit and it is really great.
One idea: you may let reader to chose light/dark mode for the comics by using a switch in the webpage by changing webgl code only.

Not sure if this is something other toolkit user would want?

As you know i got python installed etc. just unloaded 3d comic toolkit and reloaded the latest. made a small test scene, seemed ok until quick view. The browser complains local port 8000 server does not start? Task Manager shows no python process.... Going to restart windows and see just in case

I have experimented with various timings and the scaling up of a word balloon does not happen.

I had to set the 3d cursor to the balloon and then set the origin to 3d cursor to get the right popping on the screen. could this affect it seemed ok in Blender?

Read 3D comic comes up in browser but only says "3D Comic" and rotating loading box.

No comic cover shows or any scenes. whether from in Blender or externally from folder, double clicking index.html
