This sounds like it would be great as an extension at least as a starting point.

@peppyheppy Our site has massive trouble with bots registering as participants with Split (but they filter out properly on Google Analytics/etc due to the javascript callback). If you have any interest in working on adding this functionality with me, let me know. I'm in love with Split but the bot blacklisting unfortunately can't solve our problem bots registering as participants in massive numbers.
