support for mongoid? about split

Right now you can use split along side mongoid but you'll need to have redis installed as well.

There is a branch I've been working on that adds MongoDB support but it's not quite finished: https://github.com/andrew/split/tree/db-adapters

@hyperrjas there is another issue open on this and we are making progress on the adapter code so closing this for now.
