To use this dashboard, simply follow this link to the deployed version on GitHub Pages.
The dashboard is built to be compatible with any browser, including on mobile.
This application is intended to be used via web browser and is not intended to be installed locally.
When first landing on the dashboard page, you will see a search bar on the left hand side. Enter a city here (be sure to specify a state to return accurate information). The app will search for cities similar to your input and return the most relevant result to the heading of the main content card. The input is then saved locally to a list of searched locations that can be accessed at any time via a button below the search bar. Current weather for the clicked location is displayed on the main content card, along with a 5 day forecast at the top of the screen.
See the open issues for a list of proposed features (and known issues).
Contributions are what make the open source community such an amazing place to be learn, inspire, and create. Any contributions you make are greatly appreciated, but will be largely ignored as this is a homework assignment.
