Use the native android countdown timer and implement it when a floating play button is pressed, replacing the play button with a pause button.

Create a JSON file that will store the app data.

On click of a step in the exercise, launch a third activity displaying all of the details of that step.
This activity should be able to be swiped left and right to tab through the different steps.

The timer should keep running even if you navigate away from the list page to details or vice versa.
If the timer is running the user should be blocked from returning to the exercise list page?
The timer bar at the top/bottom should display the play/pause button, length of time remaining, and the name of the step/exercise.
If the name of the step is clicked it should take you back to the currently active step's details.
When the timer finishes on that step, it should automatically take you to the next step's details page unless it is set to leave it to be done manually.

On click of the exercise, launch a second activity with a list view of all of the steps within the activity in a brief format.
