The current implementation has hijacked the regular insert media button.

If you add an image from the library that has the same filename as one already added before (e.g. because Pixabay tags are identical) you get a dialog asking about what to do.

1. This should be avoided altogether by changing the naming scheme. Ideally, the new scheme is a mixture of human-readable names and some id.
2. Solving the collision with 'rename' leads to the newly added image not being available. This might be due to the deletion of the temporary image file.

Pressing the search button again after having loaded further pages resets to page 1.

Double clicking the 'open' button leads to an error as the app tries to open two ContentDialogs at the same time. This error also occurs with the other dialogs of the regular AnkiU.

Check if the language of the repositories needs to be set by the user or if it is possible to search in all languages.
