Current implementation scrapes data each time analysis needs to be done.

Separating these scripts, we can scrape and save the data and only run analysis every time needed.

Every feature added needs to be documented at merge. This way we'll avoid having to create a full documentation in the end.

This project will need a reference country codes file to relate to all other data related to olympics, we need to add a country codes scraper for the same.

Get medal counts by games.

In the current implementation, we only have total medal counts for all countries all over the years. We need to obtain data for medal counts for each country by games.
