Overview

1. Create vote in a room / group by inviting bot

2. Choose one member of room/ group as moderator, so only moderator can manage the vote

3. Add / remove candidates

4. Use access code to submit votes, so one person only can submit one votes

5. Submit your vote privately to bot without anyone notice

6. Result of voting will appear on room/group after moderator close the vote
