Will there be an update for the flex 4.1 sdk?

Calling an instrumented function such as the following:

 package
 {
    public function TestFile(value:String):Boolean
    {
        return true;
    }
 }

causes a VerifyError

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform the FlexCover SDK modifications overlay on the new Flex SDK 3.1
2. Attempt to compile an application

What is the expected output?

Program is compiled and CVM file is produced.

What do you see instead?

Error: unable to open
'/dist/frameworks/libs/player/{targetPlayerMajorVersion}/playerglobal.swc'

Attached are the FlexCover SDK modifications required to compile against
http://opensource.adobe.com/svn/opensource/flex/sdk/branches/3.1.0 rev
3046. The resulting .jar, .swc, and modified configuration files are in a
separate zip. The binaries were compiled with Cygwin 1.5.25(0.156/4/2), Ant
1.7.1, Java 1.6.0_06-b02, on Windows XP Pro/SP2.

Support for 4.6 SDK

Is there source available for the 4.0 sdk?  I don't see it in svn.

Is there is an update for 4.5 SDK? Maybe there is a way to manually modify jar 
files in order...
