Hi.
I wanted to ask if it would be possible to create a version of this that uses the Cerevoice Cloud API. I have almost no programming experience, and would very much like to be able to use your base program with Cereproc Producs, (including their enhanced tag features), as opposed to Amazon Polly. Perhaps a selector feature could be added that allows the user to choose which online service they wish to use. as an example:

I have attached the cloud user guide to this post for reference. While very similar to Amazon Polly, Cereproc voice offer a few unique features that I have not found in Amazon Polly, most notably Use of their tag set, which allows things such as variant tags, vocal gestures, and emotion tags. For the project i'm working on, I feel these would be highly desired and useful.

As I mentioned, I'm not sure how much additional time coding would be necessary, (it seems easy on the surface, however, we all know how difficult programming can be). I would be greatly interested in discussing any challenges or concerns you have, as having this ability would greatly help with a project I am working on,. Your program was exactly the sort of thing i'm looking for, I just hope to obtain a copy that works with cereproc.

As an option, would it be possible to add or enable ID3 tagging to created files? This is not a necessity, but could help save just a little time when working with completed files.

Hi, I've using your program for awhile, Today when I tried the SSML, i went smoothly for the first time but on the second time, I got this problem: http://prntscr.com/j1ll6p. It only works if I delete the first line.

Does this program support both standard and Amazon Polly-specific SSML tags? If so, would a user simply add the tags into the "Line" field surrounding text as explained in amazon's guide?

Hi, I've been using your program and I have to say it is really effective. There's a problem though. After uploading the file online to a server, the file can not be played on Safari. Everything works well on Chrome but nothing plays on Apple devices.

Somthing might be wrong with the codec or something when the files are generated. Is it something you can look into?

Also, neuronal voice sythesis has appeared on Amazon Polly. Is it possible to use these voices instead of the standard voice sythesis with your program?

Program has been working great for me so far! again, thanks for the work in setting this up.

One suggestion i have is this: in the program, it allows you to set the format, (ogg_borbis, json, Mp3, and Pcm). my suggestion is to have that setting automatically set the file extension for the generated file.

I've found in my uses that all too often, i will spend time setting up the proper ssml, text and filename in excel, but I will forget to add the correct extension in the excel file. (so I'll see the file listed as voice 1 - 350, but none of them have the .mp3 at the end). I normally don't even recognize the oversight until after I've generated all the files, and checked explorer. I think part of this is due to my setting the MP3 at the top, so having that setting automatically create, (attach to?) the filename would be a big help, (and allow me to avoid having to batch rename the generated files.

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Would it be possible to add in the ability to see the remaining credits on an account?

This would allow users to keep track of their remaining balance without having to re-log into the service every time they want to check.

When using for mass convertions (I've tried 600-900 at once) - longer texts are being cut after 15 sec (polly reads them as if they had about 250 characters).

Add log file generation to the project.
