Updating to Bootstrap 2.3.2

The JS code of Bootstrap 2.3.1 has a bug preventing to open links in a new tab by using the middle click or CTRL+click in Firefox. Could you update to Bootstrap 2.3.2 ? The bug is rather annoying as it breaks the navigation (I hate having to use the context menu to open links in a new tab)

Add a LICENSE file

There don't appear to be any copyright notices or license files attached to this repo. Having one would clarify if any content can be reused, and if so, what attribution is required.

Turbolinks Middleware

I have been working on migrating the Turbolinks gem as a component for this Symfony issue. I built a Stack middleware for it, but I am not sure if it really is one since there is a hard dependency on the JavaScript for the middleware to work.

One possibility could be the middleware injecting the javascript code into responses similar to this rack gem.

Either way, I was just checking to see if it should be added to the site.
