place_stations.rb leaks a lot of memory while creating the images.

Port the (butchered) Jarvis March algorithm to Ruby/pango

Currently, we can graph each station independently, but it would be nice to have a global district-wide RRD graph.
But doing so would require:

• knowing the list of districts
• knowing the list of station for each district
• performing the sum of all stations of the district (done by RRD)

Thus we need a script that fetches (or uses the cached) the getstation and performs the required RRD commands.

We should generate different graphs for different periods
(instead of just "since it started")

A temporary file used for tests is still created by the painting object

On some installs, Hpricot is installed as a standard module and no further code is required to use it.
However, if it was only installed as a gem, it would not be found by a standard require.

Instead of displaying all the stations, it would be nice if the script could process groups of stations (districts...)
