Use an HTTP server to listen to webhooks from gitlab

Would a PR be accepted to implement GitHub webhooks? As GitHub is turning down GitHub Services, I’m looking for a replacement solution :)

Use gitlab's APIs to fetch them and show them as part of the notices.

Would it be possible to split the feed messages between #fdroid and #fdroid-dev?

We'd like to have at least all push events and possibly also MR events in #fdroid-dev but keep the issues opened and new forum posts in #fdroid.

The module is still under mvdan.cc, which is perhaps misleading given that I'm no longer involved :)

Could you rename it to something else, like github.com/stapelberg/gibot? Then I'll remove the vanity import HTML stuff on my side. It is a breaking change, but I don't think there's a way around that, and I don't imagine that many people will be affected.

If, for whatever reason, we end up trying to write tons of lines, we shouldn't.

Limiting to one notice every 2s is not enough. Even with that, tons of notices would annoy people. Have some kind of longer-term limit or cutoff.
