Configure logging levels button not showing up

Hi,
The configure logging levels button not showing up. I've tried this both .Net Core (dotnet_core_buildpack) and Windows (binary_buildpack) but it doesn't work on either?
Note that we're using PCF v1.11 and this does work with Java apps.
Am I missing something?

Unable to add DynamicConsoleLogger to Console application

Hi,
Unlike the usual web application in ASP.NET core, We have console application (.NET core) hosted in PCF. These application are deployed and stopped. They are either invoked using PCF scheduler or using CF task. Now the problem is, Even after adding the DynamicLoggerConsole, the dynamic logging is not getting enabled in PCF.

We do not need management endpoints for this hence we have not added the management actuators for the same.
