use proper Marker extensions in the Classic map

Add party support
Everything is global at the moment.
- This should be reworked in sessions, let's call them parties.
- Each party should have it's own entities and interaction is contained within the party.
- A party should have an admin with an admin panel.
- A checker should run every minute to logoff passive players and disable bots
