The code is currently without a LICENSE file.

The project this fork was created from specifies a BSD license, but is unclear about which BSD license is meant as no LICENSE file exists there. I have raised issue cowops#2 there.

As soon as they reply I expect to place the same LICENSE here.
For now my commits can be considered BSD 2-Clause “Simplified” licensed, unless the cowops project states it is some other kind of BSD license.
