I was trying to get your project compiled under macOs. I found several problems:

• Paths are Windows style only ("\" instead of "/").
• Some files are missing: View/Graph/Connector.cpp / Connector.h, Pin.cpp/Pin.h (renamed to PinComponent.* maybe?)
• The XCode complained about static virtual members. I just removed "virtual" from them.

Still, couldn't compile due to the missing files.

Current implementation stores each nodes outgoing connections within the node itself. The node itself should not need to be concerned with who connects to it. A large matrix of the connections (max node count x 2) can be used to keep track of the connections in a more efficient way and allow for easier control.
